A double-lumen endobronchial tube (DLT) is a special endotracheal tube used for single-lung ventilation. It has two independent lumens connected to the left and right main bronchi, respectively, to achieve independent ventilation and isolation of the left and right lungs. Depending on the surgical needs, either the left or right double-lumen tube can be selected.
